PDF manipulation, image conversion, and file formatting execute directly in your web browser utilizing your device's CPU and memory. Audio transcription utilizes in-browser audio extraction coupled with OpenAI Whisper AI for speech recognition.

Consequently, local file handling capabilities depend on your device specifications and browser compatibility. The Tool Room is not responsible for browser crashes or performance slowdowns caused by processing excessively large files on hardware with limited resources.

4 User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership

You retain full, exclusive ownership of your content. The Tool Room claims absolutely no ownership, copyright, title, or licensing rights over:

• Any audio files, video recordings, PDF files, images, or documents you select or open in our tools.
• Any generated outputs, transcripts, subtitles (SRT, VTT), compressed documents, extracted pages, or resized images produced through the use of our tools.

You are free to use, distribute, publish, monetize, copyright, and archive all generated outputs for any purpose without attribution or royalty obligations to The Tool Room.

5 Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities
